Advanced game development: roadkill

Advanced Game Development was the final year group module at university. Each group was comprised of students from the Games Art, Games Design, Games Programming, Games Animation and Indie Games pathways. The groups would decide on the genre, theme, art style etc of the game, and then work to create something that fit all decided criteria while having a realistic scope, as well as being stable, playable and was aesthetically pleasing.

'Roadkill' is the game I worked on as part of the team Dumb Luck Studios. It's an arcade racing game, inspired by some of our favourite childhood games; Mario Kart, Crash Tag Team Racing and Animal Crossing. My role in the team was as a props/environment artist.
